Job Summary

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter all group and member enrollment activity into our system, adhering to all policies and procedures within the specified time frame.
  • Respond to phone and written inquiries from internal and external customers, making adjustments and corrections to group information as necessary.
  • Review, research, and correct enrollment for various error reports, including Group Billing Error Report and MSP Reports.
  • Analyze group payments received on our system, reconciling them according to all policies and procedures within the specified time frame.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, including the ability to act independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication and professional skills, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences.
  • Proficient typing skills to maintain productivity levels.
  • Knowledge of government regulations, account administration, and department policies and procedures as they relate to large and small group business.
  • Proficiency in the use of PC software and end-user computing tools, including Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and reconcile group and member invoices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a data entry environment, preferably enrollment and billing.
  • Experience with customer interaction preferred but not required.
Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see. The employee must be able to work over 40 hours per week and occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
