About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an After-School Sports Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports programs to students in grades K-8.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging sports programs that promote physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.
  • Manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff to foster a positive and supportive learning community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program curriculum, ensuring alignment with Elevo's mission and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sports and physical activity, with experience working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
