About the Role

Elevo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our comprehensive after-school sports programs for students in grades K-8.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging sports and physical activity programs that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
  • Lead groups of up to 20 students in fun and interactive activities that develop essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sports and physical activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
