Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Coordinator to join our team at Elevo. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating after-school sports programs for students in grades K-8.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate after-school sports programs for students in grades K-8
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive sports activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality student experiences
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure program success
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, sports management, child development)
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children in a sports or educational setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
