Construction Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our New Construction division in Portland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement process, tracking current and future jobs, reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Support the RFP and procurement process
- Track current and future jobs, review contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Assist with scheduling, develop scope of work with subcontractors, and prepare monthly financial reporting
- Communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners
- Create and respond to requests for information (RFI), develop, process, and track equipment, materials, and informational submittals, process change orders, create billing breakdowns, and conduct estimates
- BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or comparable degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of construction concepts preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, estimates preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite required, working knowledge of Salesforce, ViewPoint, and Accubid preferred
