Job Description:This position requires a skilled LVN/RN who can provide leadership and guidance to our direct care associates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily resident rounds to assess their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate records of resident medications and treatments
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
- Unencumbered LVN/RN license
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN/RN in a clinical setting preferred
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
