Job Title: Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the Refugee Support Services program, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role will work closely with the Intake Coordinator and Case Workers to facilitate client communication, document production, and file management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with client communication and document production
  • Support the creation and maintenance of program files
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments and outstanding information
  • Draft program advisals, termination, and referral letters
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole

Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required.
