Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain complex machinery and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory management and equipment performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with a variety of power and hand tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1st Shift (5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday)
