Regional Sales Director

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and IHG Hotels team member discounts on stays and training.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Lead the hotel's sales division, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Maintain up-to-date market awareness to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor production of top accounts and evaluate trends within the market.
- At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license in the applicable state.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision to establish effective sales deployment.
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and manage people of diverse backgrounds while solving complex problems.
