About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and care to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist them with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters independence and promotes social interaction. Your compassion, patience, and understanding will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to client dietary needs
  • Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Create a safe and supportive environment that fosters independence and social interaction
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
