About the Role

Catholic Health Initiatives seeks a dedicated Mental Health Technician to support our healthcare teams in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in developing individuality and self-expression through promoting a supportive environment.
  • Help patients acknowledge and accept responsibility for their psychological and behavioral patterns.
  • Participate in admission procedures and orient patients and families to our unit and program.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field or Graduate of a Psychiatric Assistant or Nurse Aide training program.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.88 - $21.83 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
