We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Kinetic Search Strategies LLC. As a Controls Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving complex projects and developing new customers to grow your own book of business.

About the Opportunity:

  • Grow within an entrepreneurial environment, developing new customers and creating projects for your own book of business
  • Drive complex, major projects, leading the overall direction, execution, and completion of projects
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers, advising on their needs and collaborating with industry professionals to complete projects successfully

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10+ years of HVAC controls/building automation experience in a technical, project development/management, or sales capacity
  • Motivated leader providing cradle-to-grave development and oversight of projects, client liaison, and opportunity development
  • Effective communication skills interacting with professionals of every level and clients to complete the project and overcome obstacles
  • Financial tracking skills, including strong knowledge and experience using project management software to track scope, schedule, and budget
  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
