Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls, investigate incidents, and take necessary actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying potential security risks and taking steps to mitigate them.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, including daily shift reports and incident reports.
- Visitor Screening: Screen visitors, vendors, and other individuals entering the property, ensuring they are authorized to be on site.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in emergency services or a related field.
- Certifications: Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification and Emergency Medical Responder certification.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Competitive Compensation: Commensurate with experience, $26.00 per hour.
