Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer Co-op to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance material approval, production floor operations, and supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements, and production issues
  • Drive resolutions within the supply chain network and address manufacturability, production, or design issues
  • Propose design changes to enhance product manufacturability and testability
  • Qualify supplier production processes based on dimensional data, control plans, and PFMEAs
  • Design and implement manufacturing tools and fixtures
About the Role

This is a 6-month co-op opportunity to join Amazon Robotics full-time from January to June 2025. You'll be based out of our Greater Boston Area facilities in Westborough, MA, and North Reading, MA, with access to state-of-the-art robotics testing labs and manufacturing facilities.

Requirements
  • Enrolled in a co-op program at your university
  • 18 years of age or older

  • Experience in 3D CAD, embedded systems, and project management
