Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Yard Technician to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Yard Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our rental facility, ensuring that our equipment is in top condition and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect equipment before and after usage to ensure it is in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Document incoming and outgoing equipment, and maintain accurate inventory systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Yard and Shop Cleanup: Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing general yard and shop cleanup tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Equipment Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading equipment, and demonstrate equipment to customers as needed.
  • Safety and Hazard Prevention: Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace, and serve as an advocate for EquipmentShare's culture and uphold our high standards of customer experience.
Requirements
  • Safety Training and PPE: Possess safety training and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand, sit, bend, and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and valid driver's license.
