Job Summary

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a plasma donation center. This includes managing center production goals, monitoring net yields, and implementing improvement plans to ensure efficient donor flow and donor retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage center operations, including production goals, net yields, and improvement plans
  • Monitor donor retention and implement corrective action plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, federal, state, and local regulations
  • Oversee financial oversight, including budgeting, financial targets, and cash management
  • Meet with QA to ensure purity and efficacy of plasma and safety of donors and employees
  • Participate in audits and develop corrective action plans to address areas of deficiency
  • Follow HSE and OSHA procedures and ensure center and employees comply with regulations
  • Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination of employees
  • Manage employee turnover and follow HR policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others
