We are seeking a skilled Nursing Administrator to lead our nursing practice at a leading hospital in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in clinical leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead nursing practice using the tenets of Relationship Centered Care and Modified Primary Nursing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the physician dyad and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Communicate quantitative and qualitative information regarding the patient experience and staff engagement.
  • Provide service recovery as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with some Charge Nurse/supervisory experience.
  • Relevant clinical competence in area of nursing practice assigned.
  • CPI or PMCS certification required prior to offer.
