**About the Job**We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Skyline Med Staff Nursing. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
**Responsibilities**- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
