About Us:
We are a prominent litigation firm with a strong focus on the prosecution and defense of legal malpractice cases, attorney-client fee disputes, real estate issues, and business litigation. We are currently seeking a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Business or Legal Malpractice law and litigation to enhance our growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver expert legal counsel and support to clients.
2. Manage cases related to legal malpractice, business law, and litigation.
3. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Represent clients in court and before various governmental bodies.
5. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to inform clients on their rights and obligations.
6. Negotiate settlements in complex legal disputes.
7. Mentor and oversee junior attorneys and legal personnel.
8. Stay updated on relevant laws and legal developments.
9. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on legal malpractice, business law, and litigation.
4. Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively.
5. Strong negotiation skills with a knack for resolving intricate legal matters.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly.
7. Exceptional research abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

9. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
