Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Train Engineer on Contract W2 to join our team at Tekdoors Inc.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with one of the leading staffing and IT consulting firms in the industry. As an RTE, you will be responsible for steering Agile Release Trains to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in scaled Agile delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the coordinated preparation of release planning for the release train by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  2. Partner with the Product Manager, Architect, and Product UX Architect to refine features to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.
  3. Ensure effective communication and coordination for and during quarterly planning.
  4. Manage change to the ART's quarterly plan and its impacts.
