The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Mentor and coach teams in Agile practices, ensuring they understand the value of iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze team performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations, driving successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in delivery of technology software solutions, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master serving multiple teams.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other advanced Scrum/Agile certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.
