**Job Description**

As an Agile Project Manager at Beacon Hill Technologies, you will be responsible for managing multiple Agile projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Coordinate and manage multiple Agile projects, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.
  3. Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and progress.
  4. Collaborate with Squad leads to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  5. Provide support to the team and department, including software requests, new team member onboarding, software license management, monthly engagement/effort distribution reporting, and team training tracking.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a ScrumMaster or Agile Project Manager, with experience practicing Scrum or Kanban methodology for an Agile software development team. JIRA experience is also highly desirable.

**Salary Range**

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location**

Center City Philadelphia.
