Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
  • Perform a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, color, styling, makeup applications, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, and make recommendations to guests based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other salon team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology license required.
  • Previous relevant salon experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services, including hair care, skin care, and makeup.
