Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilizer Service Technician to join our team at Sodexo S A. As a key member of our Healthcare Technology Management team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
  • Conduct on-the-job training programs for technical, administrative, and customer service requirements
  • Participate in and conduct training programs to enhance technical, administrative, and customer service skills

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair in a healthcare technology setting
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic, biomedical engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices
