As a PTC, you will utilize your expertise to promote our personal training offerings and guide members toward the most suitable trainers and training programs tailored to their needs. Your primary objective will be to encourage members to schedule fitness assessments, where you will educate them on innovative training methods, customize workout plans, evaluate imbalances, and present personal training options for enrollment.
This role is highly interactive, requiring you to engage with clients about their fitness aspirations, confidently approach members on the gym floor, and guide them through workouts. The perfect candidate will thrive in a competitive environment and possess a love for fitness, particularly in the training domain.
Position Details- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus commission & bonuses
- Work Hours: 8-hour shifts - Day shift: 9 AM - 1 PM, Evening shift: 5 PM - 8 PM
- Availability: Monday to Friday (one day off), Weekend availability: Saturday and/or Sunday 8 AM - 12 PM
