AM Server

At Montage International, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for.

• Provide exceptional service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages with a smile.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and health department regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service, communicating effectively with management, bartenders, and other staff members.
• Develop a deep understanding of our menu, including preparation methods and ingredients, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.

• Two years' experience as a server or bartender in a similar restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, and food, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment, as well as delicate china and glassware.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid Tips and Food Handlers card.

Most work tasks are performed indoors, with moderate temperatures and controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must also be physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period.
