Server

Position Duties:

• Greeting/Seating Residents if no host is available.
• Guiding guests through all phases of their experience at the venue while commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods at all times
• Consistently following Food & Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef
• Setting and resetting of tables before, during and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates and napkins as necessary
• Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service period.
• Assisting in running food/beverages to tables.
• Completing opening and closing procedures as well as performing running side work through out shift.
• Cleaning all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary
• Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department and County health department
• Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, servers and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other associates
• Always being positive, showing enthusiasm, being humble, being thankful, and being respectful to all team members.
• Performs other duties as required.

Position Requirements:

• Previous food experience preferred.
• Must have ability to work PM shift and weekends.
• Experience working with POS system.
• Must be able to stand and walk 90% of the workday.
• Ability to stoop, bend and stretch frequently in small tight areas.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and hold up to 20 pounds.
• Proficiency in English.
• ServSafe certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Enso Village is committed to equal pay and transparency. The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. ***This is a non-tipped position.*** This salary range provided as a general guideline and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors, including candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, external non-profit market data, and business considerations.
