Job Title: Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Mills Properties. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential residents, helping them find their ideal apartment, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the leasing process from introduction to move-in, including greeting guests, identifying their housing needs, touring the property, and explaining lease criteria.
  • Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase qualified property traffic and closing ratios.
  • Inspect units for market readiness prior to showing and move-in, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property, other Mills properties, and local competitors.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of resident functions, and maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • NALP certification preferred but not required.
  • Compelling communicator with strong negotiating, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
