Assistant Director of Facilities Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding Facility Services Staff.

  • Contribute to the development and oversight of housekeeping, laundry, building operations, apartment turnovers, and capital project plans.

Requirements:
