Clean Harbors, a leading industrial cleaning and environmental services company, is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Technician to join their team at the Phillips 66 Refinery Site in Wood River, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain industrial equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and calibrate equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report any leaks or abnormalities, and make adjustments and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting, and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR).
  • Confined space entry and 40 Hour OSHA Training.
  • Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
