Job Title: Security Analyst-III (REMOTE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst-III to join our team at Serigor Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining system security plans, ensuring compliance with client policy, standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct thorough security assessments to safeguard our organization's information assets. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for the creation and maintenance of SSPs and ensuring that security controls are properly documented and implemented to mitigate identified risks.

The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a keen eye for details, strong analytical skills, a good communicator, and a deep understanding of client guidelines.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

  1. Deep understanding of client standards.
  2. Developing comprehensive System Security Plans (SSPs) in accordance with client Special Publication 800-53.
  3. Conducting security assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security controls.

Nice to Have Skills:

  1. Technical Writing
  2. Understanding of IRS 1075, SSA security, or other regulatory requirements
  3. Experience with creating, maintaining IT policy and procedures.
  4. CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) preferred.
  5. Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with client's environments will be especially valuable.

Must Have:

  1. Administrative/Technical Writing
  2. Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation
