Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a transactional ERISA and Tax attorney with a preference for candidates bringing some portable business.

Compensation:
Salary range: $125,000 - $200,000 annually

About the Firm:
This esteemed law firm is looking for a senior-level attorney to enhance its Employee Benefits Practice. The successful candidate will manage a diverse array of employee benefits issues, which encompass:
  • Designing and drafting defined contribution and defined benefit plans
  • Employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs)
  • Employee welfare plans
  • Executive compensation programs
  • Controversy work and merger and acquisition support

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation
  • A comprehensive understanding of ERISA, tax, and related regulations
  • Experience advising clients on the ERISA and tax ramifications of employment agreements and retirement plans
  • Expertise in ESOP transactions is highly preferred
  • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
