Requirements

  • Proficient with Diagnosis, Billing, and Quality Measures Coding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical office personnel.
  • Understanding of health insurance benefit structure, particularly Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Technical savvy, with a strong understanding of software and technology.
  • Solid clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexible and energetic, with the ability to work in a non-structured environment.
  • Willingness to travel and commute to various locations for training and support.
