As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for reviewing, revising, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including supply agreements, allocation agreements, and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate contracts with business development and legal teams
  • Develop and implement commercial contracting operations
  • Advise cross-functional partners on risk management and commercial success
  • Lead drafting, negotiating, and revising of commercial agreements
  • Prepare and deliver training and communications to employees and management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex sales agreements in a manufacturing, energy, or green-technology company
  • Experience in shaping negotiation strategy and focus across company stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctorate and in good standing with at least one state bar
