Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Foster and manage customer account relationships to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and communicate customer account needs.
- Provide value to customer accounts by crafting solutions that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve profit margins.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment sales.
- Familiarity with John Deere and competitive equipment, along with knowledge of technology trends, is advantageous.
- Understanding of relevant agronomic practices and industry trends.
- Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office and internet tools.
- Established connections within the Agricultural Industry.
