About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of employee-facing executive communications for the Global Sales and Go-to-Market Acceleration organizations. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company's internal communications strategy to ensure all internal employees have a consistent employee experience, product knowledge, and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional knowledge and information sharing to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships within the internal team and with leaders to define client-specific objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders to create client-specific communication plans that align with the company's strategy.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert and primary contact for internal communications and projects across client areas.
  • Maintain project plans, set scope, create timetables, and monitor progress to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Counsel clients on appropriate communication channels and target audiences for maximum impact.
  • Ensure ongoing cross-functional information sharing across the organization.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of client areas and creative briefs to internal partners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with assigned client areas.
  • Listen carefully to client challenges to assess communication opportunities and alignment with the larger strategy.
  • Brainstorm ideas, suggestions, and recommendations with the team.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure all aspects of the project align with client expectations.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of key client information, including business strategy, industry issues, products, and services.
  • Review all communication materials for accuracy and alignment prior to sharing with the client.
  • Ensure all communication projects, messages, and requests are within the overall strategy and aligned with company-wide messaging.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience leading internal communication relationships in a matrix organization, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong client management experience and relationship-building/interpersonal skills.
  • Superlative project management skills, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication projects that are multidimensional and encompass multiple disciplines across several clients.
