About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Associate to join our team at SafeTech USA.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory management, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments, both domestically and internationally, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receipt, storage, and dispatch.
  • Work closely with the management team to resolve any transportation issues or concerns.
  • Pack and unpack items properly to prevent damage during transit.
  • Verify items shipped and received against customer orders and company records.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, adhering to security and safety policies.
  • Develop strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, including transportation modes, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Hazmat certification preferred.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background screening.

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience.
