Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care by assessing health needs, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Accurately document patient health information and progress to maintain accurate records.
  • Offer basic patient care services such as wound care and dressing changes.
  • Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and treatments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A valid LPN license in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
