About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our healthcare facility in Santa Clarita, United States.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide essential care and support to patients, assisting them with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Help patients with mobility and exercise as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans.
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the United States.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
