Job Title: District Manager Intern

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management. You'll work closely with our district managers to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist district managers in store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
  • Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group to achieve common goals.
  • Stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Display initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Prepare written materials to meet purpose and audience.
  • Act as representation for others by executing delegated tasks.
  • Prioritize and work under strict deadlines.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Give attention to detail and follow instructions.
Requirements:
  • In current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of store personnel.
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ability to display initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prepares written materials to meet purpose and audience.
  • Acts as representation for others by executing delegated tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines.
