Job Summary

At Bronco Off Roadeo, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to join our team. As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play a critical role in preparing our off-road vehicles for customers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Preparation: Clean, refurbish, and prep vehicles efficiently and thoroughly, including exterior, interior, underside, under hood, etc.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
  • Safety and Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
  • Vehicle Movement: Drive vehicles from wash bay to staging area.
  • Vehicle Fueling and Staging: Fuel and stage vehicle.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Ensure working area is kept clean and supplies are prepped and replenished.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions in work area; ensure team is wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensure cleaning and sanitization supplies are available.
  • Housekeeping: Collect trash and place in dumpster; ensure cleanliness of parking lot and back room areas.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience detailing vehicles, preferred.
  • Driving Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic understanding of paint correction equipment; knowledge of small car care equipment (jack, wheel removal, compressor); ability to shampoo and clean different interior materials; knowledge of car care products.
  • Personal Qualities: Acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver's license; ability to adapt to different environments and climate; ability to respond to direction and critiques from supervisors; must be detail-oriented and dependable in arriving to work on time and ready to work; must maintain a clean and professional appearance and behavior.
