Future Builders Recent Graduate – Software Engineer

Lennar's Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year entry-level program designed for recent college graduates. The program is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Software Engineer: Gather and translate internal and external client requirements into technical design specifications, code high-quality solutions, and collaborate with technology engineering leaders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
- Data Engineer: Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, perform data validation and cleansing activities, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, computer engineering, or a similar field
- Experience using programming language(s) such as Python, SQL, Scala, Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++
- Experience with delivery/release events, e.g., release notes, branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution
- Ability to work within Scrum & Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, and written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/
