Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and updates in our system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Previous experience working in an ACD call center is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer with all its components.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and push/pull objects with moderate force.
