Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance.
- Previous experience working in an ACD call center is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer with all its components.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and push/pull objects with moderate force.
