Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at ProAmpac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards in our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform facility orientation and introduction to supervisors and coworkers
  • Train employees to quality and safety standards, initiate training tracker paperwork, and monitor the training process
  • Promote safety awareness throughout the facility and complete daily safety observations
  • Communicate with all employees to create an open dialogue and assist supervisors and managers with administrative duties
  • Conduct monthly safety audits and observations for each department and perform bag quality inspections
  • Assist with document control as needed and communicate external and internal issues relevant to the performance QMS
  • Perform packer and/or helper duties as needed and work a flexible schedule and overtime as required
