Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Danfoss LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all maintenance programs to improve machine performance, identifying and suggesting design changes to increase equipment life span, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Actively participate in accident, injury, and illness prevention activities, including identifying and correcting hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Investigate accidents, near-miss accidents, or potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain housekeeping in the work area and ensure that health and safety equipment is in good working order.
- Support the MESH Policy and Procedures, and understand, support, and comply with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, and others in a courteous, professional, and proactive manner.
- Participate in preventative maintenance and corrective action, and provide own hand tools as required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Industrial mechanical/electrical experience, minimum five (5) years, or Associates Degree, plus three (3) years experience.
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be local – no relocation offered.
- Ability to use advanced testing equipment and hand tools.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Datastream.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of NFPA 70, including NFPA 70E.
- Basic PLC logic circuit troubleshooting.
- Boiler and Pressure Vessel experience, as well as Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience.
- Fire Suppression Systems experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- Electrician License (Residential/Commercial/Master).
- Boiler and Pressure Vessel Certification.
- HVAC License, Pneumatic/Hydraulic technician certification, and PLC Certification.
- Fire Suppression Systems License.
