Conagra Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Procurement Manager - Human Resources to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Business Services Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy for all HR-related categories.
In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across a wide range of areas, including contingent labor, benefits, recruiting, training, and compensation. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Leading the RFx Process: Manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFx) process, from project planning and development to negotiation and award selection. This includes ensuring competitive market advantage, leveraging spend, improving performance, and reducing costs.
- Contract Management Expertise: Oversee contract review, drafting, and creation of various agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs). You will also facilitate negotiations across multiple risk control functions (Legal, Privacy, Risk) and manage ongoing contract administration.
- Benefits Program Development: Research industry trends and developments to recommend innovative benefits programs to management. Analyze data and provide insights to optimize employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with suppliers and consultants to enhance value and foster innovation. Monitor supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and implement supplier scorecards to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute multi-year strategic sourcing roadmaps for key HR categories. Conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and build strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best value for Conagra Brands.
