Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Auto Centers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers on the sales floor, determine their vehicle needs, and provide personalized sales recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- Business Acumen: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to make informed sales decisions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales contracts, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a dynamic sales environment.
