Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers during the sales process, track and fulfill sales orders, and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide product information.
  • Track and fulfill sales orders, including picking orders and creating documentation.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Springfield Electric.
  • Minimum one year experience in the electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized, and work within a team.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
