Rehabilitation Nurse

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time travel contract position that offers a competitive compensation package and a chance to work with a dynamic and passionate team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Active KY RN license
- 2+ years of Rehabilitation experience
- Ability to clear a drug screen/background check
- Major Medical
- Dental/Vision Insurance
- Pet Insurance
- Life Insurance with extensive family health options
- License Reimbursements and processing assistance with our internal licensing department
- $500 referral bonus
- 24-hour emergency access to our offices
