Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Control Flagger to join our team at 4K Services LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our crew and the public.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires standing outdoors for extended periods, lifting heavy equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a safe work zone using cones and signs.
  • Control traffic flow to ensure crew safety.
  • Direct traffic using STOP/SLOW paddles.
Requirements
  • Capable of standing for 8+ hours.
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds.
  • Flexible with weekly schedule changes and locations.
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
